build this $12.9 million, 53,000-square-foot facility.
The Student Services and Academic Administration
Building provides an enhanced environment for administrators
and medical students. The four-story structure
houses the University of Texas Health Science Center
at San Antonio’s (UTHSCSA) president and executive
staff, the External Affairs Department and a learning
center.
ZCC was selected as construction manager for this project
based on our company’s qualifications and ability to
meet unique project challenges. In addition to addressing
the specialized construction aspects of this project, our
team partnered with campus personnel to implement processes
to minimize construction impact on campus operations.
ZCC’s combination of building construction experience
and proven project management allowed the project
team to provide creative solutions to UTHSCSA’s needs.
ZCC has a rich history of constructing projects that have
a significant positive impact on communities. This building serves as the 'front door'
