(San Antonio, Texas)– Zachry has begun work on a two-year, $25.5 million expansion project on SH 151. TxDOT has commissioned Zachry to add four lanes to SH 151 from Loop 410 to one mile east of loop 1604.

The project entails excavation, embankment and retaining wall installation, bridge construction and widening and main lane roadway construction. Work crews will also renovate an existing pump station at the Loop 410/ SH 151 interchange, install concrete box culverts and reinforced concrete pipe storm drain structures and relocate sewer and water lines.
