(Chocolate Bayou, Texas) –Building on a foundation of complementary business models, ZCC and Innovene USA LLC, a subsidiary of BP, recently entered into a performance-based maintenance and small capital construction contract. The three-year agreement covers two Innovene locations: the Chocolate Bayou Works in Alvin, Texas, and the Battleground Manufacturing Complex near the Houston Ship Channel in La Porte, Texas.

ZCC assumed responsibility for maintenance, small capital andturnaround services in May at Battleground and in June at Chocolate Bayou. The agreement for the two sites provides for an innovative performance structure that aligns both companies on setting and achieving goals for cost improvement, safety, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
