(San Antonio, TX) - ZCC has agreed to build a 28,000 square-foot amenity center at Pulte Homes' Alamo Ranch located off Loop 1604 in San Antonio, Texas. The new neighborhood is targeted at the adult community, ages 55 and older. Construction completion is slated for next summer.

The amenity center will include fitness rooms, an indoor pool, spa, library, ballroom, library and more. The area outside the planned amenity center will include a resort-style pool, tennis courts, and walking trails.

Del Web is a brand of Pulte Homes. Pulte Homes Inc., of Michigan operates in 53 markets in 27 states. Last year, Pulte Homes delivered 45,630 homes in the United States. Del Web is the nation's largest producer of retirement communities for men and women, ages 55 and older.
