(Medley, Fla.)– ZCC expanded its presence in the cement plant construction industry with a new project at Titan Cement's Medley, Fla., facility. Zachry has been awarded a 17-month contract to construct an addition that will increase the plant's cement clinker production capacity by 5,000 tons per day.

Zachry will construct the vast majority of the project with the exception of the finish mill. The new additions will eventually tie into the existing plant. Alliance partner AMEC will complete the balance of the plant engineering for piping and electrical systems.
