(San Antonio, Texas) – The United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County recognized Zachry Construction Corporation employee John Hornsby this year for his contributions to the agency. Hornsby helped motivate Zachry employees to contribute $413,720 to the regional United Way agency.

Hornsby attributed his success at increasing employee campaign participation to a mix of gift incentives, employee recognition and personal group discussions about the United Way.
